Rules and Regultations

1)      Your time will start as soon as you start speaking.

2)      The time for the presentation is “07” minutes.

3)      A bell will be sounded at “06” minutes and you will then have to wrap up your presentation.

4)      You will not be provided even a second more than “07” minutes and after that you will be asked to STEP DOWN the stage.

5)      You have to submit your presentation by 8.00 P.M. 16, Thursday, 2010 through an email posted at the official IETE email id :-   iete.mitm@gmail.com

6)      Participants not doing so will be intimated ONCE ONLY and still if the presentation is not received then you can get disqualified.

7)      Please bring your presentation as a softcopy in a pendrive on the day of the event.

8)      Now you cannot change your teammate.

9)      If you have changed your teammate before this mail please call and provide his/her complete information.

10)  It will be best if you bring your presentation in MS-PPT 97-2003 format.

11)  The competition will start at 10.30 A.M. sharp and you are expected to be present in the Auditorium and will be asked to take your appropriate seats. Please be on time or you might get disqualified if your chance is lost.

12)  Leaving in between the competition or studying your own material during other presentations is strictly prohibited and doing so might get you disqualified.

13)  Your performance will be judged on the basis of the following points

a.       Content of your presentation

b.      Confidence

c.       Body language

d.      Command over the language

e.       Team management

f.       Attire

14)  Please try and come in formals, if possible wear a tie.

15)  If you do not come in this attire or are in casuals you will get “0” marks in the attire section.

16)  Remember it’s a team competition. So you should have good coordination with your teammate. In case you are alone, points will be awarded on how you manage your presentation.

17)  Please clear your fee dues if any by Thursday or you might get disqualified.

18)  Read carefully and remember the points stated above.

19)  Please KEEP YOUR MOBILE PHONE SWITCHED ON as we will send you important information and messages and keep checking your EMAIL.
